I initially went to Sarah because I had thrown my back out. It was something that had happened to me time and time again and I had pretty much succumbed to the fact that I was someone with a bad back. Upon attending my first session, I had no experience with healing energy sessions and I didn’t really know what to expect. But once it was over, I noticed an immediate change. Not only had the pain in my back diminished greatly, but over the next few days it was gone completely. There was also a noticeable change in my mind. I had no idea what I had been holding onto. But to be able to have it released was such a relief and it made an instant positive impact on my life. Sarah’s disposition is that of an incredibly caring individual. She truly comes from a place of compassion and is incredibly professional. I highly recommend working with her as she is clearly a gifted practitioner.
